Apartments for monthly rent

During High Season (May 01 - September 15) apartments are available for daily and weekly rent only ! The reason is Odessa is Black Sea resort and business center of Ukraine: during high season the quantity of customers exceeds the quantity of apartments. Therefore monthly rent during high season is not profitable. If you need apartment for monthly rent during high season, feel free to browse daily rent option and use daily rates. The only exception: apartments, which are possible for monthly rent during high season: Apartment ID-100 , apartment ID-200 and apartment ID-300

Under monthly rent is meant the rent for the term of 2 months and more. The only apartments, which are available for one month rent: apartment ID-100 and apartment ID-150:
