Apartments for monthly rent

During High Season (May 01 - September 15) apartments are available for daily and weekly rent only ! The reason is Odessa is Black Sea resort and business center of Ukraine: during high season the quantity of customers exceeds the quantity of apartments. Therefore monthly rent during high season is not profitable. If you need apartment for monthly rent during high season, feel free to browse daily rent option and use daily rates. The only exception: apartments, which are possible for monthly rent during high season: Apartment ID-100 , apartment ID-102, apartment ID-200 and apartment ID-300

Under monthly rent is meant the rent for the term of 2 months and more. The only apartments, which are available for one month rent: apartment ID-100 and apartment ID-150:

Q: Do you charge commission for long tent rent services?
A: No, commission is not charged. If it is mentioned that apartment costs $800 / month – it means that it costs $800 / month.

Q: Are there electricity, water and other utilities included into the price of rent?
A: Long term rent rate includes: rent, tax, heating tariffs and building service fees. Electricity, water, internet and sometimes gas fees are paid by tenant in accordance to gas, water and electricity meters results, which are installed in the apartments.

Q: I want to rent apartment on monthly rent basis from May till September.
A: The end of spring, summer and early autumn belong to high season. During high season the apartments are rent on high season daily rate basis only.    

Q: Is cleaning included into the price of the apartment, rent on monthly rate basis?
A: 2 cleanings are included into the price of the apartment rental fee: cleaning before check in the apartment and cleaning after check out. Additional cleanings are available on request for extra.
