1. Please contact us via email odessarent (at) yahoo.com or via telephone +380-96-574-4632 in order to check apartment availability or if you have any questions.

 2. The following information is required for anyone booking the apartment: a) Date of Arrival; b) Date of Departure; c) full name of each guest; d) Country of citizenship of each guest; e) Preferred payment method for the deposit

3. Deposit is required to ensure apartment availability for your requested days, therefore it is highly recommended that you pay it as soon as you hear from us. If the deposit is not made, you will have to confirm again whether or not the apartment is still available, as they go very fast. Apartment is considered reserved after the deposit has been made and you receive a confirmation from us. We suggest that you book the apartment 2-3 weeks prior to your intended stay.

4. The amount of deposit is 15% of the total amount for the amount of days you have selected, but shall be no less then the amount of 1 night stay. All deposits are non-refundable, so please make sure that your travel itinerary is confirmed prior to booking the apartment. Balance is due in CASH upon your arrival and check-in. (The balance can be also paid by credit cards on check in: VISA, MASTERCARD or MAESTRO for extra fee of 7% of the amount of charge. Please, notify us when you make reservation if you prefer paying the balance by credit card

When you need to send money safe and reliable, a bank wire transfer is often your best choice. Each party in a bank wire transfer must be identified by the bank. It usually takes 5-7 working days to get bank wire transfers outside of Ukraine.

Client is responsible for the payment fees associated with the use of services such as PayPal, Moneybookers, Western Union, Money Gram, BWT and credit cards.

5. Security deposit of $100.00 for standard, deluxe and economy apartments; $300 - $500 for VIP apartments and from $300 for pet friendly apartments must be paid at the check-in. It will be refunded to you once you check-out and we verify that the room is in the same condition as when you checked in.

6. Check-in starts at 14:00 and your check-out is no later then 12:00. If your arrival is prior to 13:00, it will be our pleasure to provide reasonable accommodations, however to be on the safe side please consider booking one night ahead.

7. All services and amenities listed on the individual apartment pages are included in the listed price. Any other services will bear additional costs.

8. Airport pick up service is FREE (4-seats car) for stays of 6 nights and more. Free pick up service is provided between the hours of 08.00 and 20.00 (Monday - Saturday). Transfers outside of these hours and rental periods are available for a fee of $25.

9. Reservation is accepted for rent of 4-5 nights and more (please, check description of each apartment). If you need apartment for the term, which is less, simply call us once your flight is landed in Odessa airport and we'll accommodate you any of our apartments, which will be available by the time of your arrival.
