When is usual Check-In and Check-Out time?

Check-in time is 14.00 and check-out time is no later than 12.00. If your arrival is before 14:00, it will be our pleasure to provide reasonable accommodations. However, please consider booking one night ahead to be on the safe side. Late check out is available if the rental apartment is not reserved for another guest for the following day.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, there are no hidden costs. The price includes rent, utilities (energy, water, gas, landline phone), maid service once every 5-7 days (more frequent - if requested), tax

Is security deposit required?

Security deposit of $100 is paid at the check-in. It is refunded to you on check out and we verify that the room is in the same condition as when you checked in. For VIP apartments security deposit can be up to $300 and for VIP villas it can be up to $1000.

Key replacement?

In the event that the key is lost, the client will be charged $100 for changing the lock to standard and economy apartments, $250 for changing the lock to deluxe apartment.

What if someone joins me in the apartment, which I rent?

No extra charges. The price is per apartment but not per person. So if apartment’s capacity is up to 4 people, for example, 4 people are welcome to live in the apartment.

This is my first visiting Ukraine. Is Odessa safe? Are your rental apartments in safe areas?

Our apartments are located in Odessa city center. The city center is absolutely safe. Odessa city center is not only geographical and historical center of the city but also business center with a lot of banks, elite shops, offices, and of course, tourists. That is why in 2008 modern surveillance technologies were integrated into safety of the city center to make living in Odessa city center safe and worry free.

What is the booking procedure?

Apartment is considered booked after the deposit has been placed and you receive a confirmation from us. We suggest booking the apartment at least 2-3 weeks prior to your intended stay. When high season is finished in Odessa? When does low season start?

High season prices are charged from May.15 till September.15. Odessa is sunshine city with more than 280 sunny days in the year. Normally high season in Odessa is finishing the 15th of September but many hotels and travel agencies continue it till the 1st of October because the large quantity of tourists.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Deposit is not refundable, so, be sure you booked your flights tickets before making a reservation.

Can you collect me from the airport?

Yes. Free airport (railway station, bus station) pick up service is available for 6 nights stay and more. Free airport meeting service is made on Monday - Saturday between 08.00 and 20.00 hrs. Transfers outside of this time rental periods are available for a fee of $25. Transfer to the airport is provided 24H (should be ordered in advance) for a fee of $25.

What if I do not like the apartment?

We will offer you an alternative the next day in the unlikely event of this being.

I need apartment only for 2 nights stay while in your booking policy is written that your accept reservation only for stays of 5 nights and more. Can you help me with accommodation for 2 nights only?

Reservation is accepted for rent of 5 nights and more. If you need apartment for the term, which is less than 5 nights, simply call us once your flight is landed in Odessa airport and we'll accommodate you any of our apartments, which will be available by the time of your arrival. You are also welcome to order a transfer from the airport. It usually takes about 40 minutes to pass custom and boarder control. This way our driver will be waiting for you at the airport when you pass control if you call us once your flight is landed in Odessa 

What are rates for apartments in Odessa during EURO2012?  

From June 05 till July 04 of 2012 the rates for accommodation in Odessa downtown: high season price + 30%; in Arcadia Beach area - from 30% up to 75% of the high season price. Reservation is accepted for the term of 7 nights stay and more. If you are traveling to Odessa only, for example, for 5 or 6 nights you’ll be anyway charged 7 nights stay fee.
