It is the largest shopping center in Odessa city center, the total area of which is over 29000 sq. kilometers. The shopping center is built in accordance to modern standards. It is the 6-storied building with made of glass facade. Odessa shopping center “Athens” contains large supermarket “Tavria”, about 5 cafes where quality and the cheapest meal in Odessa city center is and about 100 different boutiques. Grecheskaya Street is translated in English as “Greek Street”. Greek emigrants lived there in 18th - 19th centuries. It was like a small Greek settlement in Odessa. Grecheskaya Street starts from Lanzheron Beach area and leads to Sobornaya Square where Souvenirs Market, Spaso-Preobrazenskiy Cathedral and monument to governor Vorontsov are located.
