Elite complex “New Arcadia” was built in 2007 and consists of few buildings. “New Arcadia” complex has the most expensive apartments in Odessa city, which correspond to highest American standards. “New Arcadia” elite complex is the home for many Ukrainian and Russian people with official income over $200.000 per year and many foreigners who own business in Odessa Ukraine.

Arcadia (or Arkadia) is not central located beach (about a 15 minute ride from the center). It’s the most developed, the largest and the most expensive beach of Odessa. The main entrance is clearly labeled by two pillars holding a sign “Arkadia”. Behind the sign there’s shaded alley with dozens of entertainment options: cafes, restaurants, clubs and kiosks.
