Economy one room apartment located in Odessa city suburb: Kotovskogo (or Kotovsky) District, Bocharova Street, 14 kilometers to the North from Odessa city center. The apartment is based close to supermarket, 2 vegetable markets and bus stop where shuttles leave for Odessa downtown every 2 minutes. 

The apartment is located on the 8^th floor of multi-stored building built during Soviet times. The building is equipped with new elevator; the main entrance is locked for security purposes.  

The total area of the accommodation is 38 square meters. It consists of one room (18 square meters), kitchen (9.5 square meters), small hall, toilet, bathroom and balcony. 

The apartment is equipped with TV-set, DVD, gas cooker with oven, refrigerator, autonomous hot water supply, iron, washing machine, high speed internet access. Stuff for cooking and bed linen is included. Portable air conditioner (with cooking function only) is installed during summer time.   

The apartment is furnished with fold out single coach, double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and 2 carpets in the room. The kitchen comes with kitchen furniture, table and chairs. The bathroom comes with standard bathtub, curtain and shower stand.  

The price is $400 per month for rental period of 2-3 months and $370 per month for rental period of more than 3 months.

50% deposit is required to secure booking for the accommodation. Electricity and water is paid by the lessee additionally: water $0.52 / per cubic meter, electricity $0.036 per KWH.  It is the cheapest accommodation, which is available for monthly rent the year round.
