2-bedroom / 3-rooms apartment in downtown of Odessa, on the crossing of Streets Bunina and Kanatnaya, 450 meters (5-10 minutes walk) from famous Deribasovskaya Street and 10-15 minutes walk to Odessa Lanzeron Beach and dolphinarium “Nemo”.  The ideal location for tourists who would like to spend vacations in Odessa on the coast from the Black Sea: the apartment is close to Odessa sights, bars, restaurants and close to Odessa recreation zone: Shevchenko park and Lanzheron Beach.

The total area of the apartment is 90 square meters. The 1st floor of 2-stored building. The apartment consists of studio living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. The bathroom is fully tiled and comes with bathtub.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioner, internet access, microwave, fridge, cooker, electric kettle, autonomous hot water supply, autonomous heating, washing machine, hair dryer, iron.

Low Season: $90 per night for stays of 4 nights and more

High Season: $110 per night for stays of 7 nights and more

Airport pick up service is FREE (4-seats car) for stays of 6 nights and more. Free pick up service is provided between the hours of 08.00 and 20.00 (Monday - Saturday).

Odessa Beach “Lanzheron” is central located Odessa beach, which is located with 15 minutes walk from Deribasovskaya Street. Located next to Park Schevchenko, one can enjoy the greenery of the park and take a dip in the warm Black Sea at the same time. Lanzheron Beach expands over many different small beaches. Some of them are left alone in natural state while others are fully equipped. You are welcome to visit a large newly built Odessa dolphinarium, which allows watching a show and swim with the dolphins. Speed boating, Jet Ski rentals and other water related activities are popular.
