The summer house is equipped with high speed internet access, 5 X TVs, cable TV, DVD karaoke, Air Conditioners, autonomous heating, autonomous hot water supply, cooker, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, electric kettle, fire place, barbeque platform, washing machine.

Meal is also available for 8 – 16 people groups. 3 times meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) costs $18 / per day. 2 times meal (lunch and dinner) costs $15 / per day.

High Season: $250 / per night (up to 10 people); $280 / per night (up to 14 people); $300 / per night (up to 16 people). Minimum term rent is 5 nights.

Airport pick up service is FREE (4-seats car) for stays of 6 nights and more. Free pick up service is provided between the hours of 08.00 and 20.00 (Monday - Saturday).
